Welcome to PrintSripe. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the products and services we offer. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About us
PrintSripe (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a custom online printing brand that sells personalised products such as photo frames, photo albums, gifts, cards, apparel and related items. The PrintSripe brand is maintained and developed by Mr. Tamizh Creation. You can reach us at support@printsripe.com or +91 90924 87454 (Mon–Sat, 9am–7pm IST).
2. Your account
You log in using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your mobile number secure and for activity carried out through your logged-in session. We may suspend accounts that are used for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
3. Products are made to order
Almost everything we sell is personalised and produced specifically for you based on the photos, text and options you provide. Because of this, customised items cannot be resold and are treated differently from off-the-shelf goods, particularly in relation to cancellations and returns (see sections 8 and 9).
4. Your content and responsibilities
When you upload photos, text or other material for a custom product, you confirm that you own or have permission to use that material, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or any law. You must not upload content that is unlawful, obscene, hateful, or that sexualises or endangers minors. We may refuse or cancel any order whose content breaches these Terms. You retain ownership of your own photos; you grant us a limited licence to use them only to produce and deliver your order.
5. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm the order and, for most items, prepare a free design proof. A contract is formed when we accept your order and begin production. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, due to a pricing error, stock issue, or content that breaches section 4), in which case any amount paid for that order is refunded.
6. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and, where applicable, include or show taxes at checkout. Prices and offers may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted. Orders are paid online through our secure payment gateway (UPI, cards and net-banking). We do not store your card or UPI credentials; an order is marked paid only after the gateway confirms the payment.
7. Design proof, colour and print variations
We share a design proof before printing wherever possible, and print only once it is approved. Please review proofs carefully — spelling, dates and photo placement are your responsibility to check. Slight variations in colour, tone and cropping can occur between what you see on screen and the final print, due to differences in screens, materials and printing processes. Such minor variations are normal and are not considered defects.
8. Shipping and delivery
We deliver across India with tracked shipping. Most custom orders are delivered within 4–7 working days after proof approval; larger or multi-item orders may take longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays.
9. Cancellations, returns and reprints
As our products are personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations for a change of mind once production has begun. However, we stand behind our quality:
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error on our side, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will reprint it free of charge or offer a suitable resolution.
- You may cancel an order before it enters production by contacting us promptly.
10. Intellectual property
The website, our designs, templates, logos and content are owned by PrintSripe or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them except as needed to place an order with us.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Privacy
We use your personal details (such as your name, mobile number and delivery address) only to process, produce and deliver your orders and to provide support. We do not sell your personal data.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
